I actually watched this movie the first time it was aired on CBS. It scared the hell out of me. I had nightmares for days and a dislike for scarecrows ever since. It was obviously low budget even for the time, but it has a lovely autumn/halloween charm about it that is wonderful. I am impressed that two other people on this planet even watched it!
